The booking fee will be put towards the at the end of your function on the following conditions: - The function is not cancelled - No person attending the function causes any wilful damage to the hotel. For all food orders, a minimum of 50% of the total cost must be paid no later than one week prior to the function date, with the balance payable on the night. All beverages must be purchased from the hotel. Any person/s attending the function under the age of 18 must be accompanied & supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times, must not consume alcohol and must leave the premises by 10pm. All functions held on a Friday or Saturday night must be finished by 2am. if function is cancelled then deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 3 weeks of event or management discretion.
